IMPORTANT UPDATES
Several of the restaurants on Main Street have built decks onto the street to expand their presence during the festival. As a result, the booth layout has changed and in particular, the booth numbers. If you requested and paid for a specific booth location, unless notified otherwise, you will be in the same location as last year even though the number(s) of your booth may be different this year.

Last year’s “Best in Show” winners are now showcased in the center of the festival at the intersection of the main festival gate and Kimball Art Center. Artists who win a “Best in Show” award this year will have an automatic invitation to the 2014 festival as well as prime placement in this area next year.

Another important change to note is in regards to early move-in. Due to the increasing demand for this option and limited time slots, artists who would like to move-in early must sign up in advance with me. The deadline to sign-up for early move-in is July 26th or until all the time slots are full. Artists who sign up in advance for early move-in will be assigned a specific early move-in time, which will be emailed prior to their arrival.

If you would like to move-in between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., you must sign up in advance with me. The deadline to sign-up for early move-in is July 26th or until all the time slots are full. Artists who sign up in advance for early move-in will be assigned a specific early move-in time, which will be emailed prior to their arrival. On Friday, August 2, you will check-in directly with the festival staff on Main Street at your assigned time. Festival staff will provide you with your check-in materials later on Friday afternoon – you will not need to go check-in at Deer Valley.
Be advised that early move-in is a privilege granted under variance by the Park City Municipal Government. Please do not move-in early unless you have been given permission by the Kimball Art Center. We do not want to lose this valuable set-up time.

REGULAR CHECK-IN & MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS
If you plan to hand-carry and do not need on-street vehicular access, you do not need to check-in at Deer Valley. Proceed to the China Bridge parking structure in Swede Alley. You may park and unload from there. Kimball staff will visit you at your booth later in the day to complete the check-in process and provide you with a parking pass.
Otherwise, you must check-in at your assigned time at Deer Valley on Friday, August 2 before setting up your booth. Please refer to the Assigned Check-In Time PDF document for your specific check-in and move-in times.

When you check-in, you will receive an exhibitor packet with one assigned artist parking pass, festival credentials and a Utah State Sales Tax reporting form and tax calculation card. You will also receive an exhibitor sign that will serve as your temporary business license. This sign must be displayed in your booth at all times.

You must move-in according to your assigned set up time. If you are unable to check-in and move-in at your designated time, you must notify me in advance and you will be placed on the late move-in schedule. Artists moving-in late will report to Deer Valley for check-in at 2:00 p.m. After checking-in, you will wait for your booth number to be called based on access to Main Street. As such, be aware that you may have to wait longer for your booth to be called.
Below you will find detailed move-in instructions with a map to check-in at Deer Valley.
