IKOS logo

IKOS INTERACTIVE

Create in curves and let your imagination flow outside the constraints of straight lines. Developed by 3 high school students and their mentor, IKOS is a gateway toy for developing artists and engineers. Through play, IKOS is a tool for changing the shape of our imagination. In a world fabricated out of straight lines and square dwellings, IKOS opens the mind to the power and potential of creating with curves.  From the shape of our eyes to the planet we live on, curves are the building blocks of nature. Parents and educators seek creative, hands-on learning opportunities for youth to solve problems that are dynamic, engaging, unique, challenging, fun, mind-expanding, innovative, fulfilling and physically stimulating. Through open-ended play, IKOS fulfills the STEAM goals of providing a cross-disciplinary, integrated focus on learning that engages, inspires, and enhances brain development in students of all ages. IKOS was recognized as a Best Green Toy for 2015 by Dr. Toy. $20 or two for $30. 50% of the proceeds go to the Kimball Art Center!
